The Hellenic Tribute (Reconstituted) Inc. is a non-profit incorporated association. The Board are all volunteer members dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the Discobolus public artwork monument and Hellenic heritage in Australia through trust, transparency, and cultural stewardship.

Peter is a Former President and Foundation Member of the Pan-Arcadian Association of NSW. Positions held, Executive Committee Member for the Federation of Hellenic Associations, Vice President for the Macquarie University Greek Studies Foundation. Previously was a member of the original Hellenic Tribute Inc. Committee.
Stacey Vanos
Secretary/Public Officer
Committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency in institutional governance and cultural stewardship. Previously was a member of the original Hellenic Tribute Inc. Committee.
Dorothea Spiropoulos
Treasurer
A warm protector of our funds, Dorothea ensures every dollar supports the Discobolus Monument and our Hellenic legacy. Previously held the role as Secretary of the original Hellenic Tribute Inc. and Organising Committee.
Christine Lynch OAM
Assistant Secretary
A longstanding and tireless advocate for Hellenic culture, community engagement and facilitating philanthropic support for health, well-being and education causes. Previously held the role as Assistant Secretary of the original Hellenic Tribute Inc. and Organising Committee.
Mary Nagle
PLANNING AND Heritage Consultant
Mary is a lawyer and a heritage and planning expert. She is passionate about the conservation of the natural and built environment, and the propagation and conservation of cultural heritage. Her particular interest is the conservation of Hellenic heritage and culture in Australia. Mary was invited to join the Hellenic Tribute (Reconstituted) Inc in 2025, following her application to the Heritage Council NSW to list the Discobolus Monument as an item of State significance.
Despina Vanos

Facilitating communication between our organization and the broader community to foster cultural pride and Heritage support. Despina was a committee member and the wife of the late Tasha Vanos OAM, Chair of the original Hellenic Tribute Inc. and Organising Committee.
Matina Comino

Longstanding advocate dedicated to promoting and supporting Hellenic culture in the community. Previously was a member of the original Hellenic Tribute Inc. Committee.
Maria Alexandrou

Overseeing cultural programming and initiatives aimed at strengthening Hellenic identity through education and monument preservation. Previously was a member of the original Hellenic Tribute Inc. Committee.
Emanuel John Comino AM

A tireless champion of Greek culture, and an Australian Airforce veteran, who is the founder of the International Organising Committee Australia for the Reunification of the Parthenon Marbles (IOC-A-RPM) in 1976, the first of its kind worldwide. Previously was a member of the original Hellenic Tribute Inc. Committee.
